  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Tried to get a quote to have some hardwood refinished, waited a week and no one called me. I called and spoke to their other office (Jackie) in Avon Lake and she talked me into setting an appointment and that she would see it through. I told her that I would still be calling Rob the owner and talk to him about Roslyn and her "lack" of customer service. After speaking to Rob, he cancelled my appointment and said to use another company. Told me that he did not need to be told how to run his company and that he did not want to listen to my "rants". What a piece of work this guy is. Do yourself a favor, find a different company to work with.

  The installers came over two hours later than quoted to me without even a phone call to tell me they were running late. I had to call the office to ask where they were and they seemed surprised I cared that they were late. When they finally came they worked 20 minutes, walked out the front door and took a 30 minute break without even a word that they were leaving, I had to look outside to see them eating and lounging in the van to see they took a break already. Then they worked 30 minutes and then took another 30 minute break. All in all they worked a total of two hours and breaked for one hour, remember after they were two hours lafe already. When the job was done I went to look at the two small bedrooms they worked on and noticed my woodwork had knife/cut marks every one inch around the perimeter of the rooms. I called the office to let them know I was upset and the salesman told me he would let his manager know.. This was two weeks ago I never received a call from a manager. Nice business, never again. It just seems they do not want the business and they just opened.

  The hardwood selection they have is awesome. My floors look beautiful. This is the 3rd time I have used Premier and I love the store staff and the installers.
